Cancellation and reschedule policy

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any guests who no-show, cancel, or attempt to reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, as we are not provided enough time to fill that space at such late notice.

At Shear Bliss NYC, we treat every transformation as a work of art. Our talented artists invest their time, creativity, and expertise—often 7 to 8 hours—to deliver personalized results tailored to your unique hair texture, porosity, and history.
 
We kindly ask that all guests understand:
•Inspiration vs. Reality: Social media photos often show filtered, edited, or unrealistic results. While we strive to achieve your hair goals, exact replication is not always possible due to individual hair differences.
•No Refunds Once Services Are Rendered: Once a service is complete, and before-and-after photos are reviewed, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be accepted.
•Two-Week Adjustment Window: We proudly offer a complimentary adjustment within 14 days of your appointment if you’re not fully satisfied. This can be done by the same stylist or another experienced team member to ensure your happiness.
•Respect for the Art: Hair coloring and transformations are not cookie-cutter services. Each look is custom and often takes multiple sessions to perfect. We ask for your trust, patience, and understanding throughout the journey.
